Day 5 and still no Diet Dr. Pepper. Yes, I can do this. My biggest struggle so far is working in time to walk or exercise. I've got to work on time for myself instead of everyone else. I'm also having a few issues in figuring out what to eat. Around here everyone wants to eat at different times and that makes it a little rough to plan anything. Also, no one except my little girl is interested in making any changes, which is another obstacle I need to conquer. Food Diary for yesterday

1 16oz bottle of water
Lunch
98% fat free hot dog
1 hot dog bun
1 cp of soup
1 160z bottle of water
snack
1 tbls peanut butter
1 slice of bread
Crystal Light
dinner
1 bowl of pinto beans
1 sm piece of corn bread
Crystal Light
2 more bottles of water in the evening.
Today was kind of busy for me. I had class this morning and met my daughter this afternoon for lunch and watched my grandson for a few hours. I got home around 4 and did some homework. The kids and I went to my oldest daughters and babysit for my Grandson until 10:30. When I got home and put the kids to bed I took an exam online. It's after midnight and past my bedtime. Until tomorrow. Goodnight.
