I'm entering Day 6 and alot is going on today. I'm a little late eating breakfast, so I'm going to keep this post short. Yesterday's Food Diary.
Breakfast
pop tart
1 16oz bottle of water
multi-vitamin and B12
Lunch
Garden Salad
Oil and Vinegar dressing
1 baked potato (no butter)
1 glass of water w/lemon
6 club crackers
Snack
10 wheat thins
16 oz crystal light
Handful of white grapes
Dinner (not so good)
was skipped. Not acceptable
Have to do better today!
I'm taking my Mom to the doctor today. Later, my son has baseball practice. Great opportunity to walk around the park, gotta remember to wear my walking shoes. Try to plan a better dinner tonight vs last night.
This is all about making changes and it's up to me to make those changes. No one else has the power!!!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Always fun to see who visits. I can't believe you skipped dinner. Nights are my hardest. That's when I want to do all my snacking. I had set a goal for myself to not eat after 9:00pm and to drink more water. I am not a water drinker so that was pretty tough, still is, but I'm working on it. Keep up the good work!
